It is real important to include your daytime phone number with your order in case we need to contact you about your order. Email is great but sometimes it takes awhile before messages are checked and if we have a phone number we will be able to get in touch with you sooner.
Effective January 1, 2007 - UPS changes in shipping charges:
Additional shipping charges may be added to orders that contain multiple items and large items due to changes in UPS figuring rates and the fact that rates on the the web are by weight only and not possible to calculate on the web by dimension. If the difference in shipping charges is more than $20.00 you will be notified by email or phone to okay these additional charges. Otherwise we will charge the difference and ship the order and not hold it up.
Additional Shipping Charges:
Additional shipping charges may be added to orders that are shipped other than ground. This is due to the fact that the web store only knows how to calculate shipping charges for overall weight. When an order is shipped by UPS air it is calculated by dimension of the box. If this happens we will email you with the additional charge. This mainly happens when there are multiple items on the order. We charge actual UPS charges plus a small handling fee, so other than the handling charge we are charging you what UPS charges us.
We try our best to ship your order out the same day that it is received but we cannot guarantee this. If order is placed after 3PM PST there is a good chance that it will ship the following day. We ship orders out Monday thru Friday via UPS. You will receive a UPS tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
We do not ship COD - No Exceptions
We try real hard to keep all items on the web in stock, but occasionally we run out or they could be on backorder at the factory. If that happens we will notify you via email of the backorder and we will ship your order when it is complete.
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping please call us at 1-800-762-9876 and we will issue a Damage Call Tag through UPS. UPS will pick the item up from you and process a damage claim. Do not return the item to us.
You must call or email for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning any item purchased. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER 45 DAYS
There is a 10% to 15% restock charge on all returned items. If the items returned have been purchased more than 30 days prior to return the restock charge will be higher at our discretion.
ALL shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer, with no exceptions.
Exceptions on restock charges may be made if you ordered the wrong item and reorder the right item at the time of acquiring the RMA number.
Another exception to restock charges would be if we ship the wrong item.
Cut tubing or special order items are not returnable under any circumstances.
